Before touching your lenses, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Remove the lens from your eye, place it in the palm of your hand with a few gocce of the One Stop Solution for Contact Lenses Alvita with Hyaluronic Acid on each side of the lens and gently rub both sides for a few seconds. 3. Rinse each side of the lens thoroughly with the All-In-One Contact Lens Solution Alvita with Hyaluronic Acid. 4. Place each clean contact lens in its compartment of the lens case and fill with fresh solution, making sure the lenses are covered with the solution. 5. Leave the lenses in the solution for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to ensure una complete disinfection. 6.
