Enzyme is una Complementary combination of different enzymes and specific selected calcium: - Bromelain from pineapple and papain from papaya containing naturally occurring proteolytic enzymes, - amylase, hydrolyzing complex carbohydrates into mono- and diglycerides. Excess consumption of undigested carbohydrates or amylase deficiency can promote intestinal fermentation resulting in bloating and gas, - lipase, hydrolysates in fatty acids and glycerol. Insufficient lipase activity can reduce the assimilation of polyunsaturated fatty acids whose physiological roles are essential (struttura of cell membranes, regulation of prostaglandins, etc.), pineapple, and papaya, which naturally contain proteolytic enzymes, lactase, and lactose hydrolysis. Lactase deficiency, or lactose intolerance, causes digestive disorders such as bloating, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Lactase capacity frequently decreases with age or following a disturbance in the intestinal flora.
