RARE antique/vintage, hand hammered brass pan with a delightful scene of the 'Frog Footman' from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. This would make a fabulous addition to any 'Alice in Wonderland' collection and could well be a one off piece. Measuring approx 13cm across and just under 1.5cm deep, I can find no maker's marks or signiture on this piece. The auction house I bought this from said it was antique and the quality of the craftsmanship would support that - Arts and Crafts period or early 1900s. In lovely antique condition as per photos. Some residue of cleaner (though I've left uncleaned). Please see my other listings for two more of these, with different scenes on.
