Gorgeous set of six teaspoons, with Ornate styling, each depicting a Roman Soldier and angel. They have polished up very well. Each weights 11 to 12 grams. non magnetic, most likely brass, or possibly gold plated. They are not hallmarked but each are impressed with the capitals, I.P.F This could suggest a German maker late 1800s or early 1900s. Hope they go somewhere to be treasured as they are very beautiful teaspoons.
