This Kettle/ stove was issued to my great uncle who was I believe injured at the battle of Mametz wood. I know little of the history and little of the man so think it should be with someone who knows and appreciates it. There is definitely a part missing (the part that screws over the wick). it has been battered about (almost like it has been through a war) any questions please ask!
