The surface should be dry, clean and grease-free. Shake well the bottle. Apply it and leave to dry. When the surface is no longer sticky, paint may be applied. Shake well before use. Apply the paint in layers, let it dry for 15 minutes.

This is a striking work of art depicting a lady stood before some stone steps holding a basket, it is signed but I cannot for the life of me work out the name, having said that it is very finely painted, it is executed in watercolour and measures 16x11 inches image and comes unframed but mounted. I would say that this piece is by an Italian artist and it dates circa 1900s and it will reframe very effectively.
