This is the 1948 print of this book in good condition. See pictures. The front and back cover are clean with no color fading or flaking. The spine is intact and clean with very minimal bumping at the top and bottom. The spine has minimal color loss and only slight fading to the lettering. The binding is completely intact and strong. The inside of the front cover and back cover have no seperation from the cover. Has a personalization in pen on the inside of the cover. Has a couple old pencil notes in the margins on page 71 and 74. The pages of the book have overall foxing and some spotty foxing on a few pages but nothing too extreme. No rips, tears, or creasing on any page. Will ship well protected in a box. Thanks.
