    So we have a piece of heavy old laboratory equipment very industrial looking. Perished rubbers crazing to glaze in areas may have odd small chip but nothing jumping out at me. Whilst taking photos spotted some damage to base resulting in an hairline crack coming from it seen in photos.     Vintage Rubicon Company Galvanometer Cat No. 3401-H Philadelphia PA 1945. 6 Volt, 24 ohms resistance, 5.5 sensitivity. I supplied 6 volts to the unit and it did light up as can be see in the pictures. Not sure how to test any further so the unit is being sold "AS-IS." Unit is in decent condition for its age, no major damage to the wood box, just normal wear for its age. Inside looks clean, but not sure if its complete or damaged in anyway.
