Fredrick Prescott "Windsurfer under the sun" 1994 Rare limited edition signed sculpture. Only 60 were made and this is #20 The windsurfer moves on a pendulum for about 15 minutes after pushing it. In the photos you can see it is in used condition, but is in great condition without fading. There is some small paint chipping on mostly the edges of the sculpture. You can see what that looks like in the closeup photo.
