This machine is virtually new. I had just purchased this machine, when I was told by Dr not to drink coffee. My loss, your gain. I have only made 6 or 7 lattes. I have cleaned the machine and descaled it. You’ll be getting a few decaf capsules. This machine makes really wonderful coffee drinks. There are many instruction videos available online. It’s pretty intuitive to use. You will receive this machine in its original box, with original styrofoam to hold everything in place. Feel free to ask questions.
