Tested and Works!! It plays kind of loud, carnival type music when it's going. You have to either put a coin in it or pretend to put a coin in it to make it start. The coin cover on the bottom is missing. So, if you do put $ in it, it will fall out underneath it. It takes 3 D batteries. The battery compartment is pristine, no corrosion! My son used to have a red one like this, and it was THE HIT when kids came over to play!! Hours of fun were had!! Just add candy:)!!
