These handsome old telephones were made by the Automatic Telephone Co. Ltd of Liverpool and produced for use by our coal mining industry. This one was being used as a display and with no cable connected it hasn't been tested for any function but its intact with its magneto still in place. Its in very presentable cosmetic order, there is a sign of a past repair to a crack in the bakelite plinth but generally it looks great so please study the photographs. Overall nice condition for its age, untested but based on apperance confident it will work. Cloth wiring pretty much intact, usually you find them frayed or pretty worn down.

The body is Bakelite, with no issues, and the cradle is painted steel with a bit of wear showing on its ears. The Bakelite handset is correct for this phone, and has no issues - just needs cleaned up and polished.
