Vintage TelegrafVebket (sp?) Rotary Dial Black Bakelite Telephone Phone This is a black Baklite Wall Hanging Rotary Dial telephone. Looks like it could be a table top phone, but it's designed to hang on a wall. Don't know era but appears it's quite old. Can't fully make out the name on back of phone, TelegrafVebket. Has numbers and letters and a logo design. Measures 8" long x 6" wide (not including headset) x 5" tall. Comes with cord attached to phone headset and main unit, and a wall connector cord. Untested. Needs a good cleaning from storage/display. Any questions, please ask. I may not have the answer but I'll get it a whirl.

These phones were a hand crank magneto type, made of black bakelite in an Art Deco influence, manufactured in Genoa, Illinois before 1940. This top body section shows indications of wear from past use, and there are dots of white house paint on the body.
