Instructions - These are very simple to take apart and put back together. There is a few videos on YouTube (search " repair Bowflex dumbbells") that show how to do this. Just be careful not to lose the springs or bearings when taking apart.

All of these weight/plates have been used and will show signs of wear. Its nothing too major such as cracks or breaks. Most of the wear is on the top where the handle gets put back down and on the bottom where the plate goes into the cradle.
