This plate will NOT work with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab. This is the #4 weight/plate and has a weight of about 7.5 lbs.

Instructions - These are very simple to take apart and put back together. There is a few videos on YouTube (search " repair Bowflex dumbbells") that show how to do this. Just be careful not to lose the springs or bearings when taking apart.
