Instructions - These are very simple to take apart and put back together. There is a few videos on YouTube (search " repair Bowflex dumbbells") that show how to do this. Just be careful not to lose the springs or bearings when taking apart.

I started selling these at the beginning of 2019 and have been asked to start selling again. I stopped selling when my IT job took most of my time during the lockdowns. These are 3D printed with PLA and have 10mm metal screws to strengthen the pins. They are modified to be thicker than the originals.
