Instructions - These are very simple to take apart and put back together. There is a few videos on YouTube (search " repair Bowflex dumbbells") that show how to do this. Just be careful not to lose the springs or bearings when taking apart.

These parts will NOT work with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab.
