This comes with the recorder only. This is sold as is for parts/repair because it does not work correctly. The item turns on. I was able to get it to read a DVD once and then never again. I was able to insert a tape and eject it but that was it. It would not read the tape and would power down when trying to read the tape. The hard drive appears to work but it does make some loud noises. The display on the front looks a little dim to me. This was all the testing done to this unit. This is sold AS IS for parts/repair because there are multiple issues with this item. This is used so there is some wear and scratches on the item. Check pictures above.
