You are looking at a guitar amplifier indicator lamp jewel. I call this the 'magic eye' jewel. This is made from a glass jewel. The eye image is in relief from the back and has been pressed into the glass, which has a smooth rounded surface on the outside.

Not sure exactly which stock Fender model chassis this was built for or if it was a custom order. Dimensions: 25w” x 20.5”h x 10.5”d at base of grill tapers to 9.5”d at top of grill). Chassis opening is 23.5” x 1 7/8”. Includes reverb tank and RCA cables. Note that one speaker has 8 bolts and one has 4, so choose your speakers accordingly. All the mounting nuts are there except for one went missing. Exactly as shown with Fender logo, salt and pepper grill cloth, handle, and chrome slider feet.
