ProComfort Super is ideal for heavy flow days.| Usage instructions For better use of the internal absorbent, it is recommended to follow these instructions:| After discarding the tampon from its protective wrapper, unwind and stretch the string. With the index and middle fingers of una one hand, gently open the labia of the vagina. With the index finger of the other hand, push the tampon (from the base) into the vaginal cavity, directing it as far inside and upward as possible. When the tampon is positioned correctly, its presence should not be felt;| After 4-6 hours, proceed with the removal of the internal absorbent: the tampon should be changed when it is completely soaked, and should never be kept for more than 8 hours. If it is too dry, a change is not necessary. Pull the string for tampon removal: to facilitate the procedure, it is recommended to push with the pelvic muscles. Relax and gently pull the string forward, at the same angle used for insertion. The tampon can also be removed by grasping it with the fingers.| Format O.b.
