The pack includes everything you need to connect to your internet source. I have two sets at the time of listing. The Google Home app makes everything straightforward. Typically your phone will recognize the router (start with that) when it's close and ask you to scan the QR code on the base, then you set up that and start adding mesh nodes. Once you've finished the app will test the network and tell you if it's working correctly - everything in range.
