PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE This machine was bought brand new. It sat in the box for a few months when needed it was plugged in recently and could not get it to work. Cannot return item is out of return date. Paid over 200 for this machine and was disappointed to find it did not work for me. I have watch you tube videos and have come to the conclusion it’s not for me to mess with. Anyone who knows how to change sensors and adjust certain things would be able to figure this out. It does turn on, water runs shows it’s making ice but the ice never forms or comes out it seems like a simple fix but I am not one to take things apart.
