It is used, but I've counted the pieces from the manual, and it is complete. The pieces are older and show a bit of light wear and discoloration. The light gray pieces especially. The stickers are included, but a few of them are worn on the edges.The 8 yellow technic engine piston rounds show as yellow, but are really the bright light orange color.
