This set is in poor condition. The roofs on the top are not the correct ones. Some of the pieces (like some of the white pieces in the picture look yellow) colors are faded. The set is old so it may contain some loose pieces that are about to crack or are cracked. Does not include minifigures or instructions and is not complete. Check out my other Modulars
