Set of 20 brand new screw-in wheel studs and open wheel nuts. This is a stud conversion kit, to change your car so that it uses nuts instead of bolts. Fitting one of these makes taking wheels off/on a far easier job. You can just slide the wheel onto the studs and secure your wheels with the nuts provided, rather than trying to awkwardly hold the wheel with one hand, and align a bolt through the wheel into the hub. This kit is especially popular for track day cars, because they have the wheels removed/replaced particularly often. This kit really couldn't be easier to fit. Just remove your wheel, screw the studs into the hub with an Allen key, then slide your wheel back over the studs and tighten the nuts to the required torque setting. The length of the stud you use is important - too.
