This is a 1999 Paper Magic ghost blow mold with 2 yard stakes and no hands. The head is in good condition with some light scratches and stains. The stakes are connected to the bottom and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them without breaking them. The battery compartment looks clean but I have no bulb to test it with. There are no batteries or bulbs included. Please see the pictures above.
