The back is made out a vintage white chenille bedspread This is stuffed with new Poly-fil. This would be a nice addition to your Christmas or winter decor. I make hundreds of vintage fabric hearts and pillows every year and no two are alike. They may show some imperfections from the fabrics being used and loved for years.
