When you first turn it on and put a movie in it makes a ticking noise while the disc is scanning. Once the movie starts the clicking goes away everything else seems to work fine. I wore headphones in it too and the headphones worked fine. The only time I heard the clicking was when it first starts to fire up after that it goes away.
