This came from a storage unit sale. The external condition shows signs of wear from being used. What you see is exactly what you will get. There is no charger included, so I cannot test to see if this is functional or not, so I have listed it as "For Parts or Not Working". It may very well be functional. The shaft turns freely so I know that the motor is not stuck. I tried to loosen the chuck to remove a philips screwdriver bit that is lodged inside but cannot get it removed.
