A brass/copper paraffin blow lamp. Previously used, untested so may or may not work. Being sold as an ornament without any guarantee that it works as I don't know anything about these - it's from a workshop clearout. Open to reasonable offers, and at the time of writing this I have another one up for sale too that is very similar but has a thinner handle and no label on it.
