Appears to be a complete set with accessories and box. Track pieces are generally in good condition with a few snapped clips. Cars are in pretty rough condition. As far as the track, I can hear the hum when it turns on and with both remotes I could get the cars to buzz and lunge a little bit, but I couldn't get them to go around easily, but I really didn't spend any time fussing with it or attempting to repair.
