The blade on this was a removable two sided cutter. This model was the scariest of all the handyman planes. This is the only one of the H series that is of interest to collectors. This one has been used they’re small where and finish removals on the totes and handle from normal use other than that it’s a beautiful shape in the casting below where the blade sits there is a number one stamped in the body.
