Up for sale is a nice Stanley #4 type 11 hand plane. This one has a smooth bottom and I have flattened it. I have also cleaned up the sides. The Japanning was very spotty, so I re-Japanned it and it looks great. I have sharpened the iron going through the grits up to 8000. The rosewood and knob show their original patina. The tote is perfect no cracks or major marks. I have done a very small repair to a chip at the base of the knob, hardly noticeable .
