This listing is for a STANLEY NO. 4 smoothing plane in the original box in excellent used condition. The black Japan finish is 100% intact. No rust on any parts and the nickel plating on the lever cap is perfect. All parts are free of damage and work perfectly. This is a later production model Stanley plane from after WW-II. It does have a rosewood knob and tote. The box has a torn side as shown in the photograph. This plane will make a great user tool! I will ship this plane within one day of your PayPal payment.
