Open box, appears new, it was an amazon return, the boxes with the small parts were sealed but I opened for pictures. the main issue with this thing is that i cannot get it open! the black round part twists off and can be removed, but i can’t get the lid off (?), so that is why i listed as “not working parts only”. original box also damaged so will ship in new box
