Vintage 44B6849 Continuity and Voltage Tester With original leather pouch for belt. Voltage tester says 28 volts the limit, so I gave no test. Does not smell burned or has any black spots inside. I'm thinking this is 20's or 30's. No manufacturer mark on this, just the part number. Lines look to be about a foot long but insulation is starting to crumble, spot on the bottom right fell off so I did not try to unravel the lines.
