This is a beautiful MATCHING PAIR of VICTORIAN ANTIQUE BRASS TRIVETS. In my estimation they dates from the mid 19th century, but please make up your own mind about this. The trivets both measure approx 9 inches (230mm) long, by 4 1/4 inches (110mm) wide, and are made from solid brass. To find a matched pair is very unusual! Around 150 years of use, have still left them in very good shape, with no damage or repairs! They are very good examples of their type and they would still be fine to use today, and would make beautiful display pieces, or be a great addition to any collection.
